SENA HOME FURNITURE has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.

Fraud checks are conducted on all our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£).

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit” or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery Times and Rates

Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. SENA HOME FURNITURE shall deliver goods within a resonable period of time. We recommend that you make arrangements for trades people to carry out work on your behalf only after your order has been delivered and checked for damage. If you are purchasing to replace your existing furniture we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage.

Can I pick up my order from your shop/office?

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from SENA HOME FURNITURE. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Changing or cancelling orders

In the first instance please email us with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.

Returns policy

Delivery discrepancies:

Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as possible. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

As a customer you have a rights to cancel your order within 14 days from the purchase date and 30 days for faulty/damaged goods at no extra cost (except supplementary cost)

If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract and we have not proceed the goods for delivery , we will refund all the monies paid by you including delivery cost ( not including made to order furniture)

If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract, but we have proceed the goods for delivery, and they are en route , you should reject the goods at point of delivery and not accept them.In this case return will be proceed once the goods have been returned in to our company or supplier.If delivery has been made by our courier service , this service will incur charges in excess to our standard delivery charges and we reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund if your order is cancelled after dispatch or whilst in transit.

Please also note that self-assembly goods (which are otherwise in confirmity with the contract) are only cancellable prior to assembly, this does not apply if the goods are faulty.Once the goods have been assembled or partially assembled We will not be able to accept cancellation of the Contract.

Please note that, even you cancelled your contract you must take resonable care of the Goods untill they are received back by us. If you do not take resonable care of the Goods then we will have the right to recover our losses from you for any damage to the Goods whilst the are in your care.

Missing items:

On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us immediately.

On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing.

On both the above instances replacement goods will be despatched asap.

Faulty goods:

Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery.

Under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:

SENA HOME FURNITURE will deduct from any refund the cost of recovering goods from customers.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS (a) THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION (b) THE GOODS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WHICH MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE AND AFFIXED TO ONE OF THE BOXES.

We will refund the price once the Goods have been examined and within 5 days of their collection from you by us.

Unfortunately made to order products cannot be returned and may incur a cancellation fee.

Export Restrictions

We will specify any export restrictions that apply on any of our products on individual product listings. Any export restrictions will also be clearly indicated at checkout.

Gift Wrapping

We are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.

Exclusions of Liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of SENA HOME FURNITURE or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Changes to Legal Notices

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Use of this Website from outside the UK

SENA HOME FURNITURE make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK. All contracts are concluded in English.
